Cancellation policy

Lessons altered or cancelled within 48 business hours before the instructor’s scheduled pickup will be charged a late fee or a complete loss of the lesson. Lesson times can only be changed through a live conversation with BBDS office staff during regular business hours. Our instructors work hard to keep students safe, and they may cancel or postpone a lesson due to weather. Suspicion that a student is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any condition the instructor deems too dangerous, will result in a cancellation fee and may be rescheduled.

Learner’s permit

Students must have a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license on their person for the entire lesson. Students are responsible for making sure they have their permit when they exit the training vehicle at the end of the lesson. If the student does not have their permit, or holds an expired permit or license when the instructor arrives, the instructor must refuse service and the cancellation policy will apply.

Package pricing and refunds

Purchasing packages lets us offer deeply reduced pricing to our customers. Package pricing is non-refundable, but any unused two-hour lessons are transferable.

Student no-shows

Instructors can wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled driving time. If the student does not show up, or we cannot reach them for their lesson, they forfeit the lesson and are charged a cancellation fee.

Testing service

Please be certain of your young driver’s availability for the test day and time. Once a test is scheduled, any changes are subject to a cancellation fee.
